When you love what you do, it's not a job, but a joy!

I was born and raised in Barrington, Rhode Island, yet my summers were spent growing up on Aquidneck Island. My husband and business partner Edward Sanchas, also a Rhode Islander, is a native Bristolian. We have two loveable schnauzers that you can find by our side most of the time, we are true dog lovers! We cherish making memories with our grown sons, they have full schedules: Brett lives in Austin, TX and Blake has joined our Coldwell Banker team with his fiancée, Samantha and are currently living in Bristol. Ed and I enjoy gatherings with our dear friends and family over food and wine, and we so enjoy traveling the world to explore new cultures and making new relationships.

Ed has many years of property management experience, and together we have some lucrative investment properties, and appreciate the close friendships we've been able to foster from these businesses. We both just LOVE the many facets of real estate, it's never a job but a true passion.

As a Real Estate professional we have the ability to provide buyers Homes that fit their unique lifestyle. It's important for us to really get to know our clients so we can best understand how they want to live, and what their needs are for a perfect home, and make that dream come true.

When a client is selling their house we do extensive market research, we make data based recommendations enhanced with professional experience and provide a comprehensive marketing plan to actually SELL the home..not list it and let it sit!. We are involved in every detail preparing a home for SHOW READY, and customize a marketing plan to ensure maximum exposure. I'm very enthusiastic about selling a home, Ed and I approach each listing likes it our very own.

As a seller or buyer representative we negotiate in your best interest, and are dedicated to the complete process so you never feel alone, we manage with secure communication while creating a seem less stress free process. For Ed and me this is not work but joy!
